What is BzmpOnline exactly?

This program is a music and general knowledge game/quiz.
You can quiz on your own or against others over the internet.

How to start with BzmpOnline?

Just start the program, the login tab is now visible.
If you are a first time user without an account, click 'I am a new user,...'
Choose a username, password and fill in your e-mail address and country.
Click on "create user" This may take a while (one minute max.) Your account is now created. Just fill in your new username and password
and click on "Login". You will be notified by a message if your login was successful.
You are now in the Lobby. Here you can chat with other users and
read your system messages.

How to start your own server?

If you want to start your own server, click on the Host game tab.
Choose a music or trivia server and fill in all parameters.
Remember, only an internet-game will be shown in the list of active
servers and a password can not be used in a LAN game.
Now the game window should appear.
You can wait and chat until everybody has arrived or start your game with just you as a player.
Remember, users can still connect when your game is already running and isn’t full.
In server mode you have some extra features such as the ability to reset the game or kick a player.

How to join a game?

If you want to join a game click on the Join game tab.
Select which game you want to join, music or trivia.
If you want to know the quality of the connection, click on show ping time and resfresh the server list.
Remember, enabling the ping mode will increase the time to refresh the list of servers.
Is your server not in the list (e.g. in a LAN game) then fill in the IP address and port manually.

What is the tab Extend DB?

A fun feature in Buzzamp Online is that users can add new questions to our trivia database.
Just fill in your question, select the amount of correct answers,
fill in (all) your answer(s). And click on "Post question".
You will receive a system message when we have validated your question.

What is the tab High Score?

Our trivia database stores the fastest answering time of the fastest user for each question!
The left table shows the ranking table for users with records.
The right table shows the list of users that posted an approved question.

What are the requirements?

  - Music in mp3-format (Revolve will not be held accountable for illegally downloaded songs)
  - An m3u-file (list-file of your mp3’s – make this using WMP or Winamp)
  - Windows 95 / 98 / ME / 2000 / XP / Vista
  - Microsoft Windows Media Player Version 8 or higher (default)
  - To have lots of fun: Friends!

Please make sure your music is LEGAL. We can't check, but don't be a PIRATE... Yarrghhh
